Chick-fil-A coming to Woodland Park

Woodland Park, a small town 45 minutes outside of Colorado Springs, is opening a new Chick-fil-A. There has never been one in Woodland Park before, so this is huge. Many people are very excited, but there are some who are not.

Woodland Park, Colorado is a small town about 45 minutes outside of Colorado Springs. It has a population of about 7,500 people Date Commons Place Explorer, but that number is rising. Woodland Park has always been known for its small mom and pop businesses. However, with all these big-time companies moving up there, some of the small businesses are having to shut down. This has upset some of the Woodland Park residents, because these small businesses have been a part of Woodland Park for a long time.

Even though there may be some unhappy people, there are still a lot of Woodland Park residents who are excited for the new Chick-fil-A. It sure has produced a lot of excitement! We interviewed a couple of people who live in Woodland Park, so we could see their thoughts. One person said There is no time like the present to expand. How inspiring!

The new Chick-fil-A building is scheduled to be finished in May. Exciting as it is, people will have to wait a bit longer for a chance to eat the Woodland Park Chick-fil-A, located west on highway 24. Be sure to go take a look when you have a chance!
